Smallpox fatality percentages for the unvaccinated are much higher, especially among children, averaging 30% fatalities. Most geezers on JPP were vaccinated in the 50s and 60s, but the effectiveness of those vaccines over half a century later is unknown. The US doesn't have enough smallpox vaccine for all Americans so only those deemed necessary for national security would receive a vaccination in the event of a pandemic. Vaccinations take a few weeks to take effect which is why getting a flu shot and then the flu a few days later can happen....not that the MAGAt cracker retards can understand this point.
Currently, the US possesses about 100M doses of smallpox vaccine. If there's an outbreak, is there any doubt that RFK Jr. and the other top MAGAts would be first in line followed by the US military and Congress? The rest of America would be fucked.

William Tebb from England started the anti-vax movement in the 1800's (I'd say the 19th century, but the little retarded Starkey kid would think that meant the 1900's) to object to Smallpox vaccines. Tebb promoted socialism and faith based healing.
The current Anti-Vax movement is an outlier of the hippy-dippy holistic movement that basically rejected medical science in favor of herbs and potions. Particularly turning to American Indian medicine - noting how the Indians had an average lifespan of about 35...
