You do not and cannot get it. The real prosecutors refused the case because it was unwinnable and courts might see it as using the judicial system for other than justice. They did not want to risk their law licenses to please Daffy Donald. So Trump got unqualified women to prosecute the case. It was thrown out again and again. And you cannot get it.
