They burn down city centers, loot, commit vandalism and property crimes causing billions in damage. They attack anyone they disagree with and regularly show up a meetings, events, etc., where speakers they disagree with are at and then violently riot. Shutting down essentially everyone but their own 1st Amendment Rights is a big issue.
Attacking law enforcement is a big issue.
Yes, on that single metric the radical Right gets a bigger body count. But that is hardly the only measure of violence that needs to be considered. Disrupting the lives of thousands, destroying the lives of thousands, and creating billions in property damage all count too.

There have been a few. But the radical Left is not anywhere as good at getting a body count as the radial Right. The radical Left is far better at lower grade violence in exponentially greater amounts than the radical Right.

Black bloc is a form of uniform / clothing. It is not a some political or terrorist organization. Antifa invented black bloc as their uniform because in doing so it makes their members difficult or impossible to identify.
