While a majority of Republicans will continue to support the Pedo President and the majority of Democrats will be against them, the 40% of the voting public who are independents is the truth teller on which way the Midterms will go and, probably, 2028.
When a third of registered Republicans disapprove of the President this is a bad sign. It's not that they'll flip and vote Democrat, but they may decide to not vote at all. This is the scenario Hillary faced in 2016.
Combine this with almost 3/4s of Independents disapproving and that's a very bad mix for Republicans seeking to maintain power.

I'm back. My flight was delayed because of a ground stop in Denver due to the winds. Over 100 mph! There have been several fires in Boulder over the past 5 years or so. Thankfully, my property has been spared from each of them, but other people have not been as lucky. The power has been out there since Wednesday! We're all taking in refugees so they can charge their devices and get a break from the insanity.
It has snowed "down here" (at mile high elevation beneath the mountains) exactly one time this season - during the Thanksgiving weekend. That is the second latest snow on record. It was 70 degrees in Denver this week! I'm a little bit sad that we won't have a white Christmas, but at least I have electricity.
