A woman was stabbed to death in an apparently unprovoked attack as she browsed the shelves at a Barnes & Noble in Florida.

Rita Loncharich, 65, was found unresponsive and with a knife in her back inside the bookstore in Palm Beach Gardens on Monday night, police told the Daily Mail.

I knew Rita, and it’s my barns and noble where my daughter used to study.

I also had seen the homeless man around, he would yell at the air and mumble incoherent things at people who passed by.
He was clearly schizophrenic.

30 years ago he would have been locked in an asylum, but we had to give tax cuts.

Thank god he didn’t have a gun.

Have you? Nope!

But they sure talked about the rope on the NASCAR garage door....and Zimmerman

If someone left a string in the shape of a noose inside that book store it would be bigger news on CNN MSNBC than this murder

Go to downtown Portland or Seattle and you’ll see a lot of that. It’s unavoidable It’s scary and that’s why we just don’t go there anymore.

That’s not the reason.
1. Taxes were increased 30 years ago from the previous administration
2. Go to grok and key in “Why were involuntary commitments to mental health institutions discontinued” and you’ll get your answer, . You won’t see anything about tax cuts

You are correct funding for insane asylums were cut under the Regan administration to fund tax cuts, people were put out on the streets and the funding never was restored.

Same result, one happens at a MUCH higher rate.
Trooper Matthew "Ty" Snook was murdered on Dec 23 at the DMV by a Negro who was given wrist slaps for years. Never held accountable.

A Negro approached the reception desk, where Cpl. Snook was stationed and opened fire on him.

Didn't here about this did you?

So if the funding was available with the Clinton administration why wasn’t involuntary commitment to insane asylums restored?
