She still hit him with the car....is a cop with a 4500 pound car hitting him suppose to take time to look at how the wheels are pointing before he defends himself? It takes time to turn your car, there was a human in her way and she gassed it! With disregard for life in front of her

First shot rings out as the car strikes him. You can see the hole from that shot in the windshield of the vehicle. He literally fired as he was getting struck by her vehicle. Definitely keep sound on while watching it, listen and see when the first shot was fired watch it happen as his feet were lifted off the ground as the car struck him.
I still think less than lethal weapons and better training would be a good thing, but given the reality of what we have today I do believe that the shooting will be found to be justified.
It would be best if he had a body cam, if we see that we will better know, but from what I see in this video, the first shot was as he was struck. Jarod keeps saying it was "just 2 MPH" but you can see the front of the car lift from the acceleration. I believe that the agent fired because he believed his life was in danger.

He stayed on his feet - it was pretty glancing. To me, in that video - she's certainly not trying to hit him. I think she just panicked.
I can't put myself in that officer's position. Some have said that he might have been concerned that she would drag the other officer, and it's all pretty split second. It's just an unfortunate situation all the way around.
Trump's characterization, as always, was ludicrous & hopelessly dishonest.

She did not hit anyone. That is a flat out lie.
Yes he stayed on his feet but she could have easily ran over him. Like most people who die by police shooting she did not follow legal commands and resisted. She was certainly more dangerous than Babbitt was.
