You're right. There are multiple videos taken f rom different perspectives by witnesses, including one that appears to be from a drone. She was stopped, then tried to back up with the wheels turned to avoid the vehicle nearby, then slowly edged forward when she was shot.

Well, the first reaction is a dry reaction, not an opinion. I really do not claim anything, though I predict something. I predict that the shooting will be considered justified in the end. Just like with Ashli (which I predicted the same).

Even if she was "trying to drive around him", she drove a deadly weapon towards a law enforcement officer, one who had just weeks before been dragged by a car driven by another protestor. I do not believe you will be able to get past the "reasonable doubt" that he truly believed he was in danger. He will not spend any time in prison, and the shooting will be considered justified.
