This isn't the first such ICE incident where they've beat or shot Americans. ICE has been involved in 14 shootings under Trump.

Deadly Minneapolis Encounter Is the 9th ICE Shooting Since September

All those targeted in the shootings were fired on while in their vehicles.

US immigration agents linked to spike in shootings under Trump administration crackdown

Data compiled by news non-profit the Trace shows 14 firearm incidents and more uses of force cases
Federal immigration agents have been involved in a sharp rise in shootings in recent months, coinciding with the Trump administration’s expanded immigration enforcement efforts.

Under Trump’s crackdown, immigration officers have been connected to 14 shootings, according to data compiled by the Trace, a non-profit newsroom focused on gun violence in the US.

The newsroom relied on Gun Violence Archive data and media reports to document incidents in which federal agents either shot someone or held individuals at gunpoint during immigration enforcement operations carried out under Donald Trump’s crackdown. As of 7 January, it identified 28 incidents overall, including the 14 shootings.

They are a domestic terrorist organization and a puppy killer is giving them their orders. Stephen Miller gives them the authority to be lawless.

The Puppy Killer proclaimed Renee to be a domestic terrorist within hours of her murder and said all of this took place during a violent riot. Anyone see any rioters?

ICE also failed to render medical assistance to Renee and just let her bleed out.

A lovely mother who should be alive today but for the fact that she and her partner chose to drive around looking for ICE officers, and then, when found, park their vehicle perpendicular, blocking the street so the cops can't do their job.
Apparently, there are organized groups of people who do the same and send messages to located ICE officers.

Was the shooting justified? Too early to tell. Don't know what she was told, icy street conditions for the driver and officers. Interesting that the officer was dragged by a protester's car in Minneapolis a few months ago.

On first blush, I think this was preventable from the officer's part. It was even more preventable from Renee Good's part, as the video's coming out will attest.

Having a lot of contact with local cops as well as federal agencies, my best advice is, when you see a LE gathering, drive, run, or walk in the opposite direction and if stopped, COMPLY.

Wow, that's tragic.

Regarding the two shots through the open window as the car went past:

Adam’s vs. Speers (2020): Once Speers was no longer in the path of the vehicle, the justification for the use of deadly force ended.

Orn vs. City of Tacoma (2019): A reasonable jury could conclude that once Orn was no longer in the car’s trajectory, the threat of serious physical harm to him was eliminated.

Cordova vs Aragon (2009): Where the officer had moved out of the way of the oncoming vehicle, the use of deadly force was not justified.

Villanueva vs. Cali (2021): a reasonable jury could conclude that the Officers used excessive force, because they lacked an objectively reasonable basis to fear for their own safety, as they could simply have stepped back or to the side to avoid being injured.

I see a major lawsuit and criminal charges in the near future.

How many more Americans will be murdered so Trump can justify martial law and cancel the Midterms?

Denying her help from a doctor? That is stone-cold maga hate.
Agreed. I've been listening to several LEOs today. All refused to discuss an ongoing investigation but clarified their training in such situations. One was to never get in front of the car. Another was that shooting at a person leaving doesn't justify the use of deadly force.

Puppy Killer and Trump were both quick to spread lies about the shooting. Both declaring it was a violent riot and that Renee was a domestic terrorist. How many Americans are believing anything uttered by known liars?
