Nawwwwwww he wasn't hit by car

The right is really mischaracterizing this based on the phone footage.

It's fairly clear from other angles that contact is pretty glancing.

The way the right is using this just shows desperation to create a false narrative. They want us to ignore EVERY other angle.

And w/ this new footage, you can see clearly how she is trying to steer AWAY from the officer. To me, it's conclusive that she is NOT trying to hit him, and in fact is trying to steer away from him.
Glancing???? No thanks to her. Had he not quickly moved it would have much worse. He had a noticeable limp after the "glancing" blow. You can clearly see it on a video. The wheels spun while the car wheels were pointing straight at the agent. After the first shot the wheels turn to the right. Was that purposeful or a reflex no one knows for sure.

Her wife was screaming "drive baby drive" the agent was pilling on the door. I think she panicked and jammed on the accelerator spun the wheels hit the agent (maybe accidentally) then got shot and reflexively turned the wheels trying to avoid the shooting and steered away from the danger.

And yet he was fine. :dunno:

Hardly conclusive. Also, beside the point unless the argument is that he was justified in shooting her because she had brushed him with her car, if she did. He fired two shots into the driver's side window. And again, why his gun already drawn? Drawn before the car brushed him, if it did. Drawn before the car moved at all.
no, wrong.

The cell phone footage shows she was steering away from the officer well before she was shot.

You're wrong.
