When he drew his gun from its holster, the car was barely moving. It was literally inching forward and beginning to turn to the right, as Ross was already moving to his right from his position in front of her left headlight, barely in front of her. One quick step to his right puts him out of the vehicle's path.

His first shot went through the bottom left corner of her windshield....

....indicating that he was nowhere near being in the direct path of travel, but rather to the side of it.

We've also all seen the pictures of her tires pointed to the right as he opened fire on her from a position clear of the line of travel...

...and it's clear that his other two shots were through her side window.

So, if he was in in path of the vehicle, why were all of his shits from the side of it???

And you have made this opinion based on studying many pics and videos in slow mo etc

The agent had a split second

Excessive force from someone whose life was never in danger.

I'd agree she should have just gotten out of the car, but clearly, she panicked. That didn't warrant the guy shooting her in the face. He actually created a more dangerous situation for the whole street by doing so.

He could have just taken her license plate #. And I really don't want to hear how it was self-defense - he was never in real danger. It would have been easier for him to just step back further than it was to hold his cell phone, take out his firearm, aim & shoot.
You need to watch Nate the Lawyer he is a Black Defense Lawyer complete with braids (not exactly a conservative Bio) he reviews the relevant laws and then takes a close look at the video from multiple angles he lets you decide then he offers his opinion. For the purposes of this discussion 6:35 and on is very important. But you really should watch the whole video.

No, Renee Good's wife did not say "drive baby drive." Instead, she stated, "We had whistles. They had guns," referring to the situation during the confrontation with ICE agents. The context of the incident involved community members trying to support each other during immigration enforcement actions.

What was his authority to demand she leave her vehicle?

Weโ€™ve seen how people are abused by ICES once they leave their vehicles. US citizens are under no obligation to follow ICES orders when they arenโ€™t breaking the law.

It's a good point - but I'm just of the mindset that when cops or anyone in authority asks you to get out of the car, just get out of the car.

But that hardly warrants his reaction. To me, it's clear that he did NOT have to shoot - he was trigger happy, imo.

He never mentioned the rules and regulations ICE agents are supposed to follow. He's conflating ICE with regular trained policemen.

so the wife made her panic... And she put the car in gear And turned it into a weapon...within seconds.... So the officer was justified in protecting himself...
He didn't expect that she would drive into him as she tried to leave... And he reacted to protect himself...that is not trigger happy...

The last pictures of her face that her kids will have to remember her by.

Hardly the face of an angry, deranged terrorist looking for an ICE agent to run over ...

Her kind voice pleasantly telling the thugs who were moments away from murdering her in cold blood "I'm not mad. I'm not mad at you...."

Now the MAGA goons are all gleefully rubbing their filthy, dick rubbing paws together, happy with their master "owning the libs".

Stupid, brainless peckerwood trash that they are.
MAGAts don't care. They are all evil, anti-Americans supporting a federal dictatorship enforced by masked thugs.
