It's a good point - but I'm just of the mindset that when cops or anyone in authority asks you to get out of the car, just get out of the car.

But that hardly warrants his reaction. To me, it's clear that he did NOT have to shoot - he was trigger happy, imo.

He never mentioned the rules and regulations ICE agents are supposed to follow. He's conflating ICE with regular trained policemen.
