ICE agents committing assaults and other crimes

There you go making stupid shit up. When Good's partner got out of the car that they used to BLOCK agents, and recorded him while taunting him, she violated Federal law and US code 118.

Now, you can flail all you like, but you only look like an uneducated dumbass.
You really like to prove you are the dumb ass. 18 USC 118 refers to interfering with special agents of the State Department tasked with protecting foreign dignitaries or crimes committed in US missions in foreign countries.

I see @Into the Night is being his usual stupid self. You have to look at what the agents are authorized to do under the 2 laws specified in 118.

Any person who knowingly and willfully obstructs, resists, or interferes with a Federal law enforcement agent engaged, within the United States or the special maritime territorial jurisdiction of the United States, in the performance of the protective functions authorized under section 37 of the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 22 U.S.C. 2709 or section 103 of the Diplomatic Security Act 22 U.S.C. 4802 shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 1 year, or both.

Reactions: QP!
The brutality of ICE agents is exactly how Miller/Trump planned it. They want the people to fear them. They want a submissive population that will not stand up to the "bosses". This is not how our police have acted in the past. It would be an exception. It is not now. This is as sophisticated as Animal Farm. Get used to it. ICE will be fucking people up, and they will get bonuses for doing it.
More like ICE is the Geshtapo and Miller is Gerbels.

Inversion fallacy. Bulverism fallacy. Argument of the Stone fallacy. It is YOU ignoring USC 18 $118. I even posted it for you!

:dunno:

Videos posted on Facebook by an apparent co-worker appear to show an ICE official saying that Rank rammed his car, while bystanders say they saw him ram Rank’s car. The video was taken after the incident, as agents searched Rank’s car in the school parking lot.

While ICE agents claim Rank hit their vehicle, Hunklele said that seemed unlikely, based on the damage to her daughter’s car.

“There was no damage to her front bumper. The only damage was to the passenger side door and the back window where they had broken it.”

2709 and 4802 are referenced in 118. The fact that you are unable to read or understand English makes it clear you are a Russian troll.
2709 != 118.
4802 != 118.

I already posted USC 18 $118 for everyone to see. You are desperately trying to ignore it. Why? Because it blows up your narrative!

The officer had every authority to shoot the driver under this and also under Minnesota law.
