This is pure, 100% fraud. No services were provided to anyone. It was simply the state of Minnesota flooding federal funds to the Somali Mafia - yet again.

When you have a population of immigrants were 81% are all on welfare and you don't see it as a problem, something is wrong with you? These Somalians have found ways to get easy money through welfare ventures and all are guilty of abusing it, INCLUDING THE DEMOCRATS THAT LOOKED THE OTHER WAY. The community is tight lipped, isolated all formulated into their own little Somalian nation within the confounds of MN. For the life of me, I will never ever ever understand white people. The very people that helped get Trump elected based solely on his promise to crackdown on immigrants are now the very people out here raising hell over it. I don't understand you people at all, not one darn bit.

Over 100 people have been charged with fraud and over 70 have plead guilty of fraud that is a lot more than just allegations Anchovies. Something is FISHY. Pun intended.
