In fact, Pretti DID NOT. The thugs removed the weapon from the back of the murder victims waste band before the thugs murdered him.

Look at the videos. His legally carried weapon was holstered. The agents pushed him to the ground. He struggled to defend himself. The agents saw his holstered gun, shot him eight or ten times, then ran away like frightened children.

In fact he DID. I watched it on slow motion video.

Yes, the gun wasn't there in the holster when he reached for it, having been quickly removed by the agent to his rear just a half-second prior, but because Pretti was too busy struggling to resist arrest, he didn't know that the gun had been removed, nor did the officers in front who only saw Pretti reaching for the gun that was fortunately not there, and had to shoot him.

The video makes one ask "Why was Pretti reaching for the gun?" and "Who was he going to shoot?"

ICE will be absolved of everything as another leftist agitator dupe gets himself killed.

Can anyone say "Darwin Awards"?

The man shot by a BPA yesterday was carrying a Sig Sauer p320 AXG combat model weapon....with a magazine capacity of 20 rounds. In addition...Two extra mags of 60 rounds total. This weapon is banned in 14 states and Washington DC... Why would a peaceful protester need to be carrying that to a peaceful protest?
