Second Depression Averted Due to Bailouts: Study

I would like an economist to do a study on this question.....if, instead of TARP and all the Obama stimulus acts the US had declared a tax holiday for one year for every business that increased employment here, would the economy be in better shape than it is right now......
Uh and what good would that do had our banking system collapsed? You didn't think that one through PMP.

what evidence have we been given that the failure of a few banks would have collapsed the entire system?......as I recall, when the banks found out what strings were attached, they all wanted to give it back......how so, if the alternative was "collapse"............even at that, the TARP money was only a fraction compared to the "stimulus" spending.....

so unis and collis are now bastions of conservatives?
Yale, Princeton, Dartmouth, Duke, Northwestern and Notre Dame jump to mind immediately. All of these institutions are considered to be conservative universities. Not every university in the US is liberal. The law school I went to was a small conservative university in Topeka Kansas.

But they all teach internationalist fascism.

Wasn't Laura Ingraham considered a rebel at Dartmouth for espousing a conservative opinion?
