ICE agents mocked autistic woman for asking for wheelchair after dragging her out of car

What crime has she been charged with? How does someone go to prison without being charged with a crime, let alone convicted of it?

Demand for more evidence fallacy from you. Whether she has been charged or not isn't the point I was addressing. I was addressing the issue of her clearly lying, and doing so repeatedly, to get ICE officers to stop trying to arrest or detain her.
Then it appears you are relying on RW talking points instead of actual evidence. It must be because you have decided the cult is the place to be.

What "RW talking points" have I used? I posted up her biographical information that SHE put online. It shows that she isn't "disabled" nor is she "autistic." Those pop up as excuses she starts using once the ICE officers go to arrest or detain her. Autism hardly requires a "wheelchair" as she claims to have demanded of the ICE officers. If she actually needed a wheelchair, did she have one in her vehicle--which is clearly not wheelchair friendly or accessible? What is her disability that requires she be in a wheelchair? There's nothing I can find online about that.

I see this as a case of a political agitator and professional protester getting rolled up by the cops for interfering in their operations. When that happens, she starts making wild assed excuses to get out of being detained or arrested. As time goes on, the excuses get wilder and flimsier because she was full of shit from the start.

For those who applaud and support her efforts against ICE, they simply accept these bullshit excuses because they fit the narrative they want rather than the facts and reality of the situation.

So, summing up: Aliyah Rahman got into an incident with ICE because she was doing what she does as radical Leftist protester. ICE responded by going to detain or arrest her. She responded to this with shock, then lies, to get out of being arrested or detained. Since then, she's doubled down on the bullshit in a flailing effort to defend her actions. Supporters accept this without question. I question her motives and actions.

Whether she has been formally charged or not is not relevant to what I am discussing about this situation.

Where does it say she isn't disabled or autistic? Is Elon Musk not autistic because one biography doesn't mention it? Failure to mention any disability doesn't prove that it doesn't exist.

She didn't need the wheelchair because of autism. She needed it because of a head injury which affected her balance. How do you think she got her head injury? It wasn't when she was in the car. Why do you think she ended up at the hospital?

You simply make shit up and ignore real evidence. How does her testimony to Congress become an excuse to not be detained or arrested?

ICE responded with overreacting and then lies. It's funny that you don't question ICE's motives or actions when video has often shown they have lied. In Chicago, 31 people were arrested and charged with attacking ICE officers. The number of those cases that were dropped - 16. The number that failed to get a conviction - 3. I see a pattern there, that you seem to want to avoid at all costs.
We don't yet know the number arrested in Minnesota but most of those have not been charged with any crimes.

Where does someone who has autism rise to a position of higher management and is a political leader (something requiring a good degree of extrovert personality)? That's what she claims in her bio and resume, that she spent decades in such positions.

Because she was resisting arrest and fighting the cops. That doesn't address her claiming she was "disabled" as they drug her out of her car. What was her disability at that point?

Complex question fallacy.

ICE responded to a protester who had created a situation that impeded their legal law enforcement operations and then refused to move. That gets you detained or arrested. That's what happened. She started shit with ICE and paid the price for that. This is 100% her fucking fault!

Wow. You keep repeating the same idiocy over and over. Do a simple google search for people with autism. You will be surprised at the number of successful people with autism.

The video doesn't show her resisting arrest. It shows them dragging her out of the car without giving her any instructions.

Just like it was the fault of the Jews in 1930's Germany.
