There is no possible universe where Pretti's killing was a "good shoot", everyone needs to move on from that

You have to ask yourself why Pretti was carrying while he was protesting and obstructing the police. Was he carrying to defend himself from the violent illegals he saw himself as defending. Doubtful. Put yourself in ICE's position . You have an angry guy screaming profanities and obstructing justice. The guy is resting arrest. YOU MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE SEEN HIM BEING DISARMED. You see him reach back to his holster and see a dark object in his hand you see an empty holster. You have a split second to defend your life and those of others.

You have hind sight the agent only had a fraction of a second in real time. Walz and Frey encouraged a situation where this kind of thing happened. They should have let ICE arrest VIOLENT CRIMINALS in the jails instead they forced ICE to do it on the street then they called them Gestapo for enforcing immigration law. Then they send a crowd of inflamed people into the street to follow and harass ICE. Walz and Frey were playing politics with peoples lives.

Only two more days now! Not sure how much of the game we'll watch since we're not big sports fans. But we do want to see Bad Bunny's act and see why he makes MAGAT heads explode. :laugh:

What's so funny - the "poutrage" the trumptards are showing. They're having their own "halftime show". The only name I recognize is Kid Rock. The rest of them, for example "Gibbly Morehead" or some crap like that :)

Meanwhile, we'll all be enjoying the real halftime show with Bad Bunny, who by the way IS AN AMERICAN.

Good ran a 4000 lb into an ICE agent. She was quickly shown that was a huge mistake. Pretti engaged in an altercation with ICE agents after actively trying to obstruct their enforcing our federal laws. During that scrum an agent thought he drew his weapon and shot Pretti. Both of these morons made themselves into potential or real threats to ICE agent while Good and Pretti were obstructing just and the enforcement of federal laws.

These are extreme characterizations.

Good was clearly turning away from the officer, and he was in no danger at all - from any angle they have shown. He did not have to shoot for self-defense. It was split second, so I've given him the benefit of the doubt on that - but it's clear from the video that he was not in danger and did not need to shoot to protect himself.

Pretti was trying to help a woman who had been pushed down.

Neither of these people deserved to die. It's disgraceful for anyone to even suggest that - though many do just that.

She hit the gas an spun her tires while her car was aiming STRAIGHT at the Agent who shot her. Then her car hit him and he shot her as the car turned slightly. Was the turn a reflexive dodging of the gunshot or a purposeful act? No one knows for sure. But she CLEARLY SPUN her tires while aiming at him and then collided with him. Start watching at 17:25


Pretti had ZERO right to interfere with ICE. If he had stuck to videoing he might have been OK but he chose to obstruct ICE then tried to place himself between a woman, who was also trying to obstruct ICE, and an ICE officer. If ICE was being to hard on the woman Pretti should have stayed out of it and filmed it. But instead Pretti put his hands on the ICE officer and tried to obstruct him and started a physical confrontation with the officer. That ultimately lead to his death.

Pretti physically assaulted the ICE officer by placing his hands on him. (8 U.S. Code § 111) Pretti did that while he was armed. Doing an act of violence while carrying a gun is illegal.
