Agreed. With 20/20 Hindsight, the pattern appears clear, but predicting this would have caused others to think the predictor was missing a few marbles.

That plane--at least from what I've read of operations in Iraq--took over Iraqi national television and radio, began sending out anti-Saddam propaganda (think it's a flying Babylon Bee only there is no alternative) while with other ECM aircraft, like the Guardrail series,
completely disrupted Iraqi military communications, command, and control to the point that no field commander could talk to another creating complete confusion among both the civilian and military population as to what was going on.
