Well, a Judge just ruled that the entire thing was a HOAX.

The media and leftist organizations slandered young boys for this FAKE "racially-motivated hate crime."

Summers must now pay one of the boys $3.2 MILLION in damages for LYING about him.

The overwhelming majority of black on white “hate crimes” are hoaxes. In contrast, racially motivated black on white crimes are pretty much the norm everywhere, from random assaults on the street (i.e. “knock out game”) to the choice of armed robbery victims.

You either don't understand the legal definition of "hate crime" or else you're feigning ignorance just to give yourself a convenient excuse to bitch about blacks.

A hate crime only occurs when the only motivating reason for the act is the victim's race, ethnicity or skin color.

Nothing else.

Example: defacing a black person's property during a vandalism spree in which the property of whites, Hispanics, Asians, etc were also defaced, and no race related messages were associated with the crime, is not a hate crime.

OTOH, spray painting "NI**ER GO HOME!!!" on the driveway or walls of a black family's home IS a hate crime because racial/ethnic hatred was the obvious motive.

You shouldn't need this explained to you at this point.

Her intention was personal gain not race hate, ya maroon.

To be a hate crime, it must be based solely on racial hatred, not the fact that the victim is merely a different race than the perpetrator.

You're either too thick headed to understand that or you're just playing passive-aggressive bullshit.

In this case, the kid's mother and her attorney Kim Cole, cooked up a scheme to exaggerate and exploit the situation for money.
