My point was the legalization of THC is bad and the fact that 42% of people involved in deadly crashes had THC in their system. I don't give a crap if they put it into their system legally or illegally . I care that the got behind the wheel while they were high. Marijuana needs to be more regulated not less.

What the Study actual said was 'THERE WAS NO CHANGE' in accident or safety data pre and post marijuana legalization. The opposite of what you thought you read in the Study and why you linked to it.
And this is not a complicated subject as driving while intoxicated (alcohol or drugs) was illegal both before and after marijuana legalization THUS the people willing to break the law prior would be willing to break the law post legalization and THUS no change in driving habits would be present.

Just because there is THC or metabolites in their system does not mean they are high. The presence of those chemicals is not used to estimate time of consumption.
