It is in the First Amendment just as much as corporations can contribute to politicians because of their First Amendment speech rights. Just as privacy or jury of one’s peers is not in the Constitution. Nor are Executive Orders, Presidential immunity, an Air Force, etc., etc, etc

Gets tired educating MAGA’s over and over again on the Constitution they say they love and respect so dearly

Let me educated you there pal, a verbatim understanding of the Constitution went out twelve years after it was ratified, if not earlier, even Jefferson, the most recognized constructionist, abandoned a literal interpretation in 1800, try to keep up
