He has no respect for deals, contracts, history or anything else. He does what he wants and defies you to stop him. He has the same respect for deals as he does for his marriage vows..zero. "World War 3?" Hardly. A world war involves two serious powers, like the US v China or Russia v the US, that sort of thing involved in a war that engulfs most of the planet. This current one is a regional war against a nation that has been a major asshole to its neighbors and is disrupting things within the region for like 50+ years.

Most sensible people either know or think that Iran is close to having a nuclear weapon. That, given their track record is unacceptable and now Iran is getting its dick stomped in the dirt for it.

Oh, and to reiterate: I don't give a shit about the meaningless Epstein files.
