It is in the First Amendment just as much as corporations can contribute to politicians because of their First Amendment speech rights. Just as privacy or jury of one’s peers is not in the Constitution. Nor are Executive Orders, Presidential immunity, an Air Force, etc., etc, etc

Gets tired educating MAGA’s over and over again on the Constitution they say they love and respect so dearly
