I'm trying to get a sense of your motivation and where you balance in your concerns about domestic Muslims versus a violent White Nationalist who doesn't have all of his own teeth. You are free to shy away from a question that tests your veracity and sense of fairness.

IMO, kill all terrorists regardless of all other factors. They are like rabid dogs and must be put down quickly to protect the public. Not a lawyer, but post-9/11 laws seem to be adequate to protect the Homeland. After DOGE, it appears assets monitoring the Homeland have been fired with the remaining 2/3s divided between hunting down illegals and scrubbing the Trump-Epstein Files. This links two piss-poor decisions by Trump which could involve a third if terrorists successfully execute a mass casualty event. Trump can keep passing blame to others while denying any responsibility himself, but at some point enough people will be pushing Vance and the Senate to act.

...allows for the vice president and a majority of cabinet secretaries (or another body as Congress may provide) to declare the president unable to discharge the powers and duties of the office. The vice president then immediately assumes the role of acting president.

If the president chooses to contest this declaration, Congress must then assemble to decide the issue within 48 hours (during which the vice president continues to serve as acting president). If two-thirds of both houses of Congress agree that the president is unable to perform their duties, the vice president continues as acting president; otherwise, the president resumes their duties.
