One murderer murdered another for a reason most likely. Chemirmir did something to piss his cellmate off or pissed somebody else off that had a lot of juice in that prison and was willing to 'pay' for Chemirmir to die.

Well, if you're a chomo (child molester) in prison, you've got a problem. Many other inmates have families, and children too. They are not going to see you in a favorable light, and unlike out in the rest of the world, they may not have much to lose by offing you to rid the world of your shit sexual deviancy.
