Germany’s defense minister rebuffs Trump’s Strait of Hormuz request: ‘This is not our war’

trump reduced American support for Ukraine by 99%, but because the Europeans are now paying him for that 1% left, the payments for the support has dropped by over 100%.

We still share targeting intelligence with Ukraine, which is the 1%. American weapons being sent to Ukraine are all bought by Europeans first.

The Ukrainians are figuring out how to target themselves. They are afraid that even with being paid, trump will abandon the last little bit of support.
Horse shit. Trump sells the weapons to NATO who should be paying for Ukraine, instead of the blank check dems perpetrated.

For Ukraine to surrender its best-defended ground would be a strategic disaster. And although Mr Trump still has leverage, his ability to bounce Volodymyr Zelensky, Ukraine’s president, into a bad deal has passed its peak. True, America still sells vital weapons to Europe, which passes them to Ukraine. But Ukraine is now less dependent on American intelligence than it was, and America has reduced its financing of the war by 99%.

Think about this for a second:

trump is skyrocketing the deficit, we have cutoff 99% of aid to Ukraine, millions of children are losing healthcare, airports are shutting down due to lack of funding, etc. If we are cutting so much money from essentials, and still have skyrocketing deficits... WHERE IS THE MONEY GOING???

@Jake Starkey
Trump & Co offshore accounts?

Trump's Forever Wars

Even without a terrorist attack, there are two possibilities: either the entire country will drop into a recession, or the vast majority of the country will drop into a recession.

Meanwhile, the (R)s sit on their thumbs watching their re-election chances in Nov. dwindle daily, but they're still too afraid of the Asshat-in-Chief to do anything to put an end to this wasteful, misbegotten war.

There is no way there should be any chance of the Republicans losing the Senate. The seats are just stacked in their favor too much for it to be possible. But they have been so incompetent that there is a 50% chance that they will lose the Senate. If this gets worse, there might be even more chance they will lose the Senate.

We're headed toward a recession now. As the bills stack up for most Americans, they'll be forced to spend less. A majority of Americans spending less will reduce the economy if not push it into recession. No amount of bullying and threats from the Pedo President can force Americans to spend money they don't have.

From SEP 2024:
The modern American economy is a consumer-driven machine, and the foundation of that machine is your spending. It may seem normal, but when nearly 70% of the US GDP is dependent on consumer spending, this reliance creates significant vulnerabilities.

In recent months, warning signs have become undeniable:

  • US consumer spending is slowing.
  • Credit card debt has hit over $1 trillion.
  • Delinquencies are at their highest since 2007.
  • Savings have dwindled, leaving many Americans struggling to afford their basic cost of living.
