Trump is used to creating a problem then solving it and declaring victory. Now he's started a problem he can't solve.

Iran holds all the cards. If they are in danger of collapsing, they have nothing to lose by launching everything they've got to destroy oil production in the ME. No doubt our military and intelligence experts have kept telling Trump about this which explains why the Pedo President is backing off.

I think his dementia is impairing his ability to make judgements and think clearly.

Being a real estate agent and a TV game show host does not translate into being a capable president.

Agreed, but the President isn't a king and a presidential administration is a system. So why is the system failing We, the People?

IMO, it's because Congress isn't holding the Executive branch accountable for their actions and mishandling of multiple national and international problems.

Nor will Trump's running solve the problems he's already created. Iran is likely to keep up the pressure until Trump pleads for them to stop.

Trump only hired yes men in his administration, and the congressional GOP delegation is a cult with a Stalinesque devotion to Trump.
