1.Article I, Section 4 gives Congress (not just the states, you complete simpleton) authority over the 'Times, Places and Manner' of federal elections. The National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) and Help America Vote Act (HAVA), passed by Congress decades ago, explicitly require states to maintain accurate voter rolls and give the federal government enforcement power, including access to rolls for oversight. States run the day-to-day, but the feds have never been powerless spectators when rolls are bloated with dead people, movers, and all the illegal aliens you idiots let in our country. Once again proving Fowl is a complete moron.
2.Trump's campaign was about decreasing wasteful, weaponized bureaucracy, not letting states run insecure elections that undermine trust in the entire republic. Cleaning up voter rolls isn't 'adding layers', it's removing dead weight and illegal entries that shouldn't be there in the first place. Fowl is so stupid she conflates decreasing the size and scope of the countless fraudulent federal programs designed to make the scumbags that dumb bitches like Fowl blindly support very rich. More proof she's working with an undeveloped tiny little brain.
3.Who oversees the purging? The same state election officials who are already required by federal law to do it, with transparency, due process, and public records so everyone can see. The alternative is what we've had: secret, bloated rolls that nobody trusts, with Democrats screaming 'voter suppression' every time anyone tries to remove people who moved, died, or never should have been registered.
The problem with people like Fowl opening the hole in the middle of their faces? They're mouth-breathing morons that know so much that isn't so. Fowl, after you read this, maybe consider using a different AI in the future or at least tell the person you'll have defend you try searching somewhere else for information, so you don't keep embarrassing yourself.
