The main goal would be whatever is best for the child. If a person cannot feed they're own child the kid would be far better off being adopted by a family who can.

Grand parents, aunts, uncles, sisters, whatever the case may be......they can help watch the kids while the woman is working. Been done that way for a long time. Its called a FAMILY making it work.

Or independent caregivers...Responsible parents aren't going to use free, poorly regulated, overcrowded government childcare facilities...

You take away the govt freebies handed out and just watch the rates of childbirth into poverty PLUMMET like a downed Iranian rocket. LONG TERM FIX.

All part of Responsibility as a parent... Especially Dogs or cats or other pets... Consideration about care and cost should always be Evaluated before getting one... Actually a huge problem these days...
