Our story thus far:
- Our "conservative" laden SCOTUS has ruled that the POTUS is absolved of any crime he commits so long as it's within the confines of the function of his duties.
- Convicted felon and arch political pundit Steve Bannon was convicted of fraud and served 4 months. He was also in contempt of Congress for refusing to comply with a subpoena ... twice. The SCOTUS has sent his conviction back to the lower courts for review. If they dismiss, that means a clean record....and Bannon can sue for wrongful conviction and sentencing. That comes out of the taxpayers' wallets.
- The current DOJ has announced that for all intended purposes there is nothing more to see regarding the Epstein files .... despite no depositions taken from alleged victims, a myriad of physical evidence linking the President and numerous other powerful figures linking them to Epstein, or how the convicted cohort Maxwell gets moved to a minimum-security facility that defies all legal procedure and due process.
- ICE officers that committed manslaughter in Minnesota have NOT been duly processed by the law and are shielded by the DOJ. As a result, Kristi Noem has been demoted
- FBI director Patel has taken the 5th during questioning by Congress regarding Epstein Files.
- DNI head Tulsi Gabbard has yet to adequately explain her presence in Georgia during a seizing of 2020 ballots by the FBI still trying to prove voter fraud for that election lost by Dump. By law DNI does not have domestic law authority.
- Dump routinely threatens states with federal defunding if they do not comply with any of his edicts. Similarly, he has his FCC appointee use similar threats against any media organization.
- Currently US military is engaging an attack on Iran at the behest of Israel ... all based on false and oft repeated statements. This action is illegal, as it has NOT gone through Congress and has no set goal or exit/after plan.
- The Secty of Defense has openly embraced some sort of "holy war" mentality to justify actions in Iran. At the same time, he demotes/removes high ranking military officials from their posts who are mostly non-white and female.
- As a result of the SCOTUS over turning Roe vs. Wade, various states have enacted draconian laws that will force a victim or rape or incest to bring that pregnancy to term or face imprisonment. In some cases, if said women go out of that state to have an abortion, they will be arrested upon return .... including any resident who assisted them.
- At the same time the MAGA driven Congressional majority is systematically defunding or crippling social services for the working poor or poor or single parents.
