This is a big risk for Bondi on many fronts.

First is she, more than most Trump Admin heads (outside maybe Hegseth and Elon Musk (faux head)), NEEDS a Trump pardon to protect them from Investigations, that will almost certainly lead to indictments and convictions. Considering this refusal to testify is in her personal capacity and not as AG or a person in government, she is super exposed and reliant on Trump good will continuing and his health keeping up.

There is already a push to have the Florida Bar review her actions and she will almost certainly be disbarred, unless the Bar has been coopted, and this refusal to 'honor a subpoena' will only be added to her lawless actions.
