In one fell swoop, they have given Republican legislatures across the Deep South the go-ahead to eliminate every majority black district. As many as 25 congressional seats as well as hundreds of state legislature seats, are now on the chopping block.this key provision removed,
The Voting Rights Act brought about the end of Jim Crow. With this key provision removed, we are one step closer to its return:

I suspect there will still be several Black majority districts across the South. I could definitely see one in the Atlanta area for example.
