I hope justice will be served. Bye bye Comey

This prick has thought he was above the law for too long. I hope he goes away for the rest of his natural life
What do you believe would be justice in this case?

Damn you're an idiot. How could anyone not know the answer to your question? Oh, this isn't really a question, is it? It's just another dumbass comment from JPP's resident captain obvious, the leader of the moron brigade trying to understand the simple things. Answer: Yes, the picture is one piece of evidence. Hope this helps.
The evidence is that Comey is such a threat that they not only didn't indict him until over a year after he posted that picture and then they didn't argue for any bail because he was a threat. It's rather hard to argue he was a threat to the President based on those facts and yet that is what they will have to argue in court to convict him.

How many legitimate attempts were made on Biden's life? Ever.

How many times did some loon shoot at Biden? Biden ever take a bullet?

A "threat" is something that happens before any action is taken.

So if Comey made a threat before any action was taken so to did Trump, except Trump's was worse.

By your lack of logic, both COmey and Trump could post the exact same threat on the exact same day and the only one who would get charged would be based on if some crazy acted on one of the other. That IS NOT how the law works.

No I don't think they are different. You may want to because your argument is weak and indefensible.

They don't have to prove intent. That is not how the law is written. You don't have to have intent to kill the President to be prosecuted for making statements that allude to killing the President. You should brush up on the law before you embarrass yourself further.

BTW, did you believe Comey's story? It wasn't him that fashioned those shells? He just happened to stumble upon it while on the beach? What do you think the odds are of that?
It's funny that you claim to know the law when clearly you don't. A threat requires intent. Without intent there is no threat and it only becomes protected speech.

The stupid case will be tossed before it goes to trial.
MY guess is the when the judge rules that Comey is entitled to grand jury proceedings to see if the law was followed DOJ drops the case. Just like they did in Chicago for those accused of conspiracy. The current Trump lawyers don't dare let the courts see what they did without risking their law licenses.

We're talking about rhetoric.
Get the law changed. I am just telling what the law is. Comey broke the law. It is plain and simple.

Look, let's be clear. I don't think he will be convicted of anything. The DC swamp protects the DC swamp. That the sniveling traitorous prick was even indicted was a miracle to me.

But, if protracted court cases can bankrupt him and dirty his name, I will be satisfied. In a perfect world he would be sitting in jail or hung for his treason, but I know that won't happen.

Yup.

i wanted the prior cases against both James and Comey to get to the point where the motions to address the Grand Jury proceedings were addressed. It seemed abundantly clear to get the indictments that the prosecutors greatly abused the systems and potentially presented false information deliberately leaving out direct contrary information. And while prosecutors have no obligation to present all info, if they consider that information so bad a Grand Jury would not indict, at the much lower standard, that means the Prosecutor would believe they would have no chance in court when a jury assesses that information and has to convict at the much higher standard.

wow yet another uninformed leftist who doesn't understand the law.

The threat in and of itself against the President is a crime. You don't actually have commit the act. Tell ya what sparky. Go on Twitter or Blue Social or whatever the hell you use and make a threat towards the President. Use your real name and address. See if you don't get a visit.

Comey did not break any law. I get why a stupid person thinks that though.

But Trump did above in his obvious threat to Biden.

We agree then. Trump broke the law.

BTW you need to stay on one story only. Here you agree, the threat is NOT based on any action being taken and occurs when it is issued. Prior you tried to say it was only threat based on people 'acting to kill the person'.

So stick to one or the other.

You just defeated yourself.

You're satisfied that his First Amendment right is violated. Further satisfied that he is jailed for it? And you wonder why there's No King protests.

What he did wasn't just a criticism my friend. It elevated to a threat. The law around threats to the President are very clear. It is kinda like the pedophile rule here on JPP.

Tell ya what, why don't you do exactly what he did and lets see if you don't get a knock on your door
Yeah, taking a photo of seashells on the beach and posting it was a threat to the President

And if I or anyone was to do exactly what Comey did nothing would happen, SeaShellGate was only created because Trump hates Comey for criticizing him, Bondi’s first attempt didn’t work, so Blanche has to keep his master happen so this is the latest

good that you are now admitting that what Trump did in posting this on Social media here was a crime.

No lie.

Prior you claimed that it was the actions taken AFTER (attempt on life) that made the crime but you got it right this time that the crime is done when the statement is made and as you say is not tied to committing any act.
