When you stuff your own pain you blind your self to the pain of others
Don’t live in your own pain
Allow your self to travel through your own pain so you can process it and let it go by learning the the truth of what caused your pain and how to live in joy
Admit to your self that your pain is real as well as the pain of others is real
Don’t ever think you have to hide your pain from yourself
That only prolongs it
And in fact causes you to see the world burdened with hidden pain that you never seek to dissolve
Understand your life’s pain and the people who caused your pain
Try to understand it and feel it
Try to understand that persons pain and why they got stuck in a mind frame that delivered pain to others
If you choose to burry your pain instead of walking through it
You will stay asleep in life life
You will never be awake fully
You will instead roil in your own pain and deliver it to others

American was great because we loved reality and didn’t seek to repeat the problems that held mankind back
America will be great again
Not by going backwards
Only and always by moving forward with love
The love is increasing again
Truth is increasing again
We are again headed for greatness
And one sides attempt to live in hate is destroying them
Hate destroys
Love moves us forward
Be your best self
Some will never make it that far in life
They will stay in that roiling hate all their lives

Encountering stuck people as a child can be very difficult
It challenges the child to find a way to feel safe in a dangerous world
To feel inherent value
If the child can manage to feel some value in such a mess they can climb out of it and find some peace
Or
They can just repeat the failed ideas and actions
The second choice is a life of misery
The first choice is harder and takes lots of self examination but is far from the misery the other choice delivers
