SCOTUS rules to eliminate EVERY black majority district in deep south

Already done.

Yes, I did.

You can't project what the Democrats did onto Republicans, dude.

It was Democrats who supported (and opposed the ending of) Jim Crow, just like they supported and opposed the ending of slavery.
1. Umm, NO Squawkie. Parroting the word "logic" is NOT an answer. Again, you APPLY logic, as it's a system of thought and reason. Post #26 requires YOU to supply valid, documented sources to support or prove your assertions and statements.

2. See #1.

3. Historical FACT is not a "projection", genius. Denial is a cornerstone of the magat/alt-right mindset whenever they encounter easily documented, historical facts they don't like. Denial and repetition, as you do here. Let me deprive you of your major rebuttal tactic .... NO one denies the early American Democratic party was that of slavery and later the birth of Jim Crow. Current republicans DO DENY the political shift that is referred to as the Southern Strategy .... most famously used by Richard Nixon. This is why you currently have the KKK, white supremacist/nationalist and Neo-Nazi types all publicly rooting for your Cheeto Jeezus (in 2016, 2020 and 2024). This is why you have current GOP congressmen appearing at rallies and such with the mindset of the aforementioned. This is why you have psycho's like Stephen Miller as Chief of Staff. You can deny it all, but the facts just make you the stubborn fool. Now, say something stupid or repeat the SOS in various ways.

Read the article, because that is EXACTLY what this ruling allows.
The ruling says you can't create districts based on melanin levels.

That's called discrimination. The government can't discriminate.

Plus it's just dumb to divide people into groups based on an imaginary construct.

As the old saying goes, there's more than one way to skin a cat:

www.slate.com/news-and-politics/2026/04/scotus-voting-rights-section-two-ruling-history-worst-century.html

And yet when the Dems put out a proposal to end gerry-mandering across the board, the GOP lock stepped voted against it. Care to wonder why?
