It is a blockade blocking the same Straits Iran is blocking, question becomes why wasn’t it operational back in February when the bombing commenced rather than five weeks later

Yes it is causing economic hardship in Iran just as Iran is causing economic problems on the rest of the world, so what is your point?
 
The Iranians are very willing to negotiate navigation on Hormuz.....it is the Demonic Empire who continue to refuse negotiations. It has just appointed another Zionist to replace the Zionist Trumps son in law as the aid to the Zionist Witcoff as America's representatives....the Witkoff who never does anything but demand Iran capitulate.
 
Neither America nor Iran has signed the UN measure that proclaims Hormuz an international water way....legally it belongs to Iran and Oman.

The waterway doesn't legally belong to Iran or any nation. And the great Trump has made sure that Iran will no longer hold that straightway hostage. Its an 'INTERNATIONAL WATERWAY'. Not an Iranian waterway.
