I wonder if Marty can find and share a single piece of work from the writer that has stood the test of time and scrutiny? I don't really wonder, he can't.

They're the only people on the planet who've been nuked, but they've done pretty well post-occupation without empire-building or colonial pursuits. Also, we're the ones who nuked them, not China.

You could very well be right about them, but I'm just not seeing it. I see the bright, colorful lights of Tokyo and polite, industrious people.
