Who knows? It ain’t about their political system, that’s for sure. There are worse regimes on the planet.

Everything usually comes down to money or sex. My guess is that sanctions will be lifted when Cuba agrees to outsource it’s arguably best-in-Latin America universal health care system to private insurance companies……or when fat, right wing sex tourism industry-addicts like Rush Limbaugh, get a hankering to expand beyond Dominican and Puerto Rican prostitutes, there might be some movement on this front.
