Its a stupid idea. The Democrat politicians have run PA into the ground and are separate for funding sources. Assholes.
 
The real difference is that casinos are not protected by the Constitution.

The real difference is that American Indians did not fly planes into the memorial and kill 3 thousand American's and then want to build a casino next to it.
 
The morons in my state voted mobsters the constitutional authority to run casinos in our state. That means the citizens of the State can have no say in their operation unless they ammend the constitution.

American Muslims didn't fly the planes into those buildings. Some American Muslims were in those buildings, and some fought in the wars that followed.
