LOL...now you're spinning what you said...so if i mention his name once in a thread and then in the same thread he brings up my name for no reason related to the topic of the thread, this is not a "first" because i brought his name up earlier and that had zero to do with his bringing up my name

see..onceler posted in this thread, yet according to you i can't mention him or anything about his posts....but...anyone else such as darla can, because i mentioned onceler first...wacko logic...its ok for darla to say i hate women, i support the rape of women etc...thats OK in charver's world...but its no ok for yurt to talk about onceler

I am glad that you would do everything.... including putting her through a public trial that could not be won. As Soc (a lawyer who has been in this situation) stated, any competent defense lawyer would be able to raise reasonable doubts in this case. So again, glad you would recommend to her that she relive her rape with little to no hope of seeing the guy convicted.
