Actually he is right. Rent and housing is too damn high. There used to be a rent cap in my country, until some garbage jewish mayor that wanted to make us more like NYC. Right after that cap was dissolved, rent went threw the roof and as a result? So did the home prices. Great plan mayor. More property taxes for him. And more income for the Europeans and the jews that own most of the properties........Sure homeowners are happy because their home value went up, but try selling it. Most people can't afford to buy, and even if you do sell it, the other homes are just as expensive unless you move to the country. Basically they are stuck paying higher property tax.
It takes work to get your hair to look that good. And the rent is too damn high, man...

Mr. McMillan said in an interview on Tuesday that for at least the last decade, he had lived rent free.
“We’re like family,” Mr. McMillan said of his landlords. “They don’t want me to pay any money at all. I am basically living there rent free.”
Mr. McMillan said that he moved into his apartment, a one-bedroom on Nostrand Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn, in the early 1980s but soon fell behind on rent when he left his job in the Postal Service on disability.

Nah....most of the Jews that have wealth are from old money. That's how they afford the higher education and get the good jobs. They also help each other out.
Not at all. They can build more buildings if they wanted to, to bring down housing, but its bad for profits. Rather then build more houses.
The houses in the old and days were built to last. Now the houses are built with cheap, cheap material, yet are charging top dollar. Why is that? Greed.
If it were truly a free market, that would be one thing. There was a developer from a poor country that came to Canada and couldn't believe what they were charging and how poorly the houses were built. Tried to open up a developing company to build homes? There was so much red tape, they gave up.

When we say old money, we are speaking centuries and centuries. Whose to say how they earned that money?
I'm not jealous of Jews(I wouldn't mind having their money though.lol). Just stating facts. Facts are that they are rich(and stay rich) because they know how to manipulate the value of their assets. That is why they become wealthier and wealthier. There are Jews whose fortunes would make Bill Gates's fortune look like pennies. Though their wealth is kept hidden.

Yes. Its too damn high. So is the cost of a home(which is the reason for high rent). People have to work a life time to pay for it. Its basically slavery. Stop working and see how fast your in the street.
Rather then build low cost homes they continue to build these over priced, poorly(cheap) built homes. In other countries, people can pay off homes in less then 6 years and they are built to last. They may not be as big but they are sufficient.
The new homes I see, keep running into problems. The houses downtown that were built to last, still stand after a few hundred years.
