you can't remember winning a 14 million dollar verdict!? not just a settlement, but a fucking verdict! you went to trial and can't remember that?

and jarod....if someone told me i won a 14 MILLION dollar verdict a few or a couple of weeks ago.....i certaintly wouldn't act as if i had no idea what they were talking about....i would counter with....you mean the verdict from 3 months ago?

i know you don't win 14 MILLION dollar verdicts every week, every month or even every year....that rarely happens evn to a huge PI lawfirm, let alone you who claim to be a solo lawyer....

you forgot about a 14 million dollar verdict......strange

She was in patient at medical facilities for over a year, she will pee in a bag the rest of her life. Her uterus sags outside of her vagina so that it appears she has balls, all due to a Drunk Driver, So, ya, Id say she should get a 14 million dollar verdict.

I did not, would not, could not forget the one I got a couple of years ago, you were saying I had one a few weeks ago... That would have been news to me and I want my money!

Yeah but she can't spend that much money unless she wastes it. She should give it to the government, to help people.

It's odd-but there is no public record I can find for this or the other personal injury case you cited. You are in Florida right?

you have obviously never been involved in a serious auto accident....

people will call lawyers ambulance chasers or whatnot, but when you're sitting in a hospital bed immobile, possibly for life, you would not call a lawyer an ambulance chaser, you would call them your advocate.

I'm just trying to understand the liberal position, that the rich should give their money to those who have little. So I imagine your firm got 1/3, which is way more than you need to feed and clothe yourself, so you should have been taxed for at least 95% of it.

I'm trying to understand the liberal position here Yurt without dismissing it as pure hypocrisy. If you're in a hospital be your entire life then what do you need all that money for?

And no, thank God, I have never been in a serious accident.
