I know why it's true, because the left are mostly idiots. Clueless, uneducated, illiterate, led-by-the-nose-ring, fools, who are buying pure textbook socialist propaganda like it's the freaking gospel! All of these mythical FEARS you try to invoke, are largely dealt with in a free enterprise capitalist system, governed by a representative democracy. We have regulations... we have watchdogs... corporations are held accountable... victims are rewarded by the courts... this IS our system, and it seems to work fairly well.

Wrong! Did you listen to this video you posted? It has nothing to do with "affordability" or lack of money. To where do you think the money disappeared? Mars? Pluto? Another solar system?

The money is here, Dix, on planet earth. Try to differentiate between people losing their home verses a shortage of homes. Only the latter is reason for someone to not have shelter.

It's like the so-called food shortage. Farms are still producing. It still rains and there are still seeds to plant. Why are more people going hungry? There is no shortage of food.

The manufactured food shortage and the housing crisis are not due to a lack of food or a lack of housing. The farms are still there. The empty houses are still there.

As I mentioned in another thread if the average income is $50,000/yr and a person makes $5,000,000/yr. that’s 100 times more. Is that person entitled to 100 houses? 100 times the amount of food?

That’s why the people are rioting, Dix. We can supply food and shelter and medical care. We have the resources and capability to do so. The problem is not “Utopian Socialist Eurotrash”. The problem is greedy, capitalistic trash of all colors and nationalities.

It’s the same story be it the French Revolution or the American Revolution or the current Egyptian and Iranian uprisings. Keep squeezing the people and, sooner or later, they get upset.

PS. Unless it's one of ThreeDee's gals doing the squeezing. :-)
 
Apple, you are a typical Liberal. The problem you have is, you are in denial of reality. You people honestly believe there is a big pile of money in Washington, it's always been there, and will always be there! The Magic Money Fairy keeps it from ever running out! And us mean old fuddy-duddy Republicans just won't let you use any of it to help the needy, because we're mean and hate humans!
