I'm pretty sure it's Obama that has signed the bill, along with keeping the whole watchlist thing in effect, and strengthening the powers of the TSA and other executive branches. I'm not really seeing where Republicans come into this.... oh that's right, you're a hack. Sorry, makes perfect sense now.

apparently (its huffpo) a repub wanted this included in the bill...nonetheless....the dems and obama went along with it and dune claims he calls out both parties :rolleyes:
