Kings bill was never found un-Constitutional that I'm aware of....and I don't believe it will be .....

Under federal law, it’s illegal to bring a gun within 1,000 feet of a school. King wants to apply that same standard to federal officials, including the president, vice president, members of Congress and federal judges.

Yes, they are being restrained. They are no longer free to exercise the constitutional rights and have not been charged with a single crime. There is no codified standard of law to be placed on the watch list, and removal from the list is entirely up to the agency that puts you on it in the first place. If that isn't totalitarian than nothing is.

Yeah, not quite sure how that bill will be unconstitutional although I do think the bill is f'ing stupid. Would having that law in place prevented that kid in Arizona from doing what he did? Stupid.
 
All laws restricting 2nd amendment rights are unconstitutional.

This may be hard for you to belevie, but not everyone drinks. For example, I stopped drinking several years before you were born.

I would expect someone trying to be clever to get their attempted insults correct.
