President Dixie's Cabinet

Okay... hypothetically speaking of course... Should we wake up to the news that I have been elected President, here is who you could expect to see in my cabinet.

Vice President of the United States - Jim DeMint
Department of State - Newt Gingrich
Department of the Treasury - Mitt Romney
Department of Defense - Alan West
Department of Justice - Joe Arpaio
Department of the Interior - John Bolton
Department of Agriculture - Mitch Daniels
Department of Commerce - Mike Pence
Department of Labor - Chris Christie
Department of Health and Human Services - Michelle Bachmann
Department of Housing and Urban Development - Donald Trump
Department of Transportation - Paul Ryan
Department of Energy - Sarah Palin
Department of Education - Condoleeza Rice
Department of Veterans Affairs - John McCain
Department of Homeland Security - Rudy Gulliani

(Non-cabinet, but included anyway.)

Talk about change you could believe in! :D

You get my vote Mr. President!

Ann Coulter as Press Secretary is Bold and Fresh dude

I couldn't think of anyone better than Ann Coulter to deal with daily press briefings and deliver 'the message' for my administration.

If I couldn't get Ann, I would have to go with Laura Ingraham, Michelle Malkin or Monica Crowley...but Ann would be my #1 pick! :D

I love it! Ann would so abuse the press corpse by hanging them from their own petard with every well placed response to any gotcha questions they'd ask-though Laura is more, shall we say, gracious in her sarcasm then Ann!

I like you choices, but in my cabinet I wouldn't have so many positions, as these unconstitutional departments would be phased out:

Department of the Interior
Department of Agriculture
Department of Labor
Department of Health and Human Services
Department of Housing and Urban Development
Department of Energy
Department of Education

If this cabinet became a reality, I would living in Panama or some other country! This country would be a horrible place to live with a cabinet like that!

???....isn't that what a block grant is?.....the federal government gives them cash and the states decide the best way to spend it?....
My point is that the States should pay for the costs themselves. If the Fed says "here's some money for this program" that State decides to apply for it or lose the money. That then becomes a political football instead of an analysis of cost-effectiveness.
