How is it OK with a states rights, constitionalist to force all the states to go along with the majority? Either you are in favor of state's rights or you are not chameleon.
She is pushing its passage. Its an amendment to take away the rights of the states and give that power to the Federal Government, no matter how you slice it or get it approved.
If all the states agree to disband all state governments and give all powers to the Fed, the result is still big government, the affect is the same.
So what about the court, in an unconstitutional manner, in CA, undermining the democratic process of the people who voted prop 8?

He is for States rights as long as it supports his adgenda, if states rights allow more freedom, he is all for the Fed taking over.
Its not a majority, but a super majority, requiring 3/4 of the states to ratify it. Its called the amendment process, and its part of the Constitution.

I aware of the requirements to pass a Constitutional Amendmen. What you seem to b e saying is that you are okay with a larger Federal Government and less states rights as long as its done in the form of a Constitutional Amendment?
