Remember prosperity, jobs, and the budget surplus?

The same party that told us that the Bush tax cuts were the path to prosperity is still repeating the refrain.

Where's the prosperity?

The same party that says spending by Obama will bring prosperity, yet said that the same spending by Bush was insane, is wasting the prosperity....

Bush didn't cut spending to match the cuts and that caused a debt crisis that your party simply put on steroids... The prosperity is a long way away because people were fooled by somebody who could speak well into thinking that "spend more on everything Bush spent on" isn't a plan to get out of a crisis caused by Bush's spending.

Damo, it's ridiculous to say that Obama "took what Bush was doing" and made it worse. You completely ignore the philosophy & theory behind stimulus spending.

They're not equivalent, at all. It's your typical ham-handed, exaggerative approach...

I have yet to see any evidence that cutting spending produces jobs.

How's that work?

No, it doesn't ignore it. What you ignore is that the very thing that caused the crisis is now being sold as the "fix" for the crisis. You say I exaggerated and that the stupid spending Bush had wasn't continued and expanded, yet I provided a link earlier (it may be a different thread) that actually listed that spending and showed that the worst spending of Bush was expanded...

So, the person who actually provides evidence to back up their opinion is now being accused of "exaggeration" while the person who provides nothing but, "But he's fixing it!" provides nothing? He isn't fixing it, it hasn't worked, and it is very much Bush on Steroids style spending.

Show me where I said that, or inferred it, and I'll refute my claim that you're a serial exaggerator.

Unfortunately, you are.

There is no crisis...it is fabricated by GOP terrorists.
