I order up some items on line and the only shipping option for this particular site is the USPS. How does the the USPS, which has planes and trucks going all over the country, ship the package from Amarillo TX to Denver, CO?

Do they ship it 8 hours (740 miles) Northwest?

Nope.... they ship it from Amarillo to Fishers IN (1058 miles away) and then from Fishers IN to Denver (1100 miles).
