Obama Admin Seals Records of Murdered Border Patrol Agent Implicated in Fast and Furious

And to think that Attorney General Eric Holder is getting testy about congressional calls for his resignation. After all, the Justice Department has nothing to hide, right?:

The Obama Administration has abruptly sealed court records containing alarming details of how Mexican drug smugglers murdered a U.S. Border patrol agent with a gun connected to a failed federal experiment that allowed firearms to be smuggled into Mexico.

This means information will now be kept from the public as well as the media. Could this be a cover-up on the part of the “most transparent” administration in history? After all, the rifle used to kill the federal agent (Brian Terry) last December in Arizona’s Peck Canyon was part of the now infamous Operation Fast and Furious. Conducted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), the disastrous scheme allowed guns to be smuggled into Mexico so they could eventually be traced to drug cartels.

Also, I find it utterly fascinating that you are upset about the Obama Administration sealing court records but at the same time want the Obama Administration to have the power to scoop up American citizens on US soil have the military hold them indefinitely. That's kind of weird.
 
This is the most corrupt administration in my lifetime. This mongrel is weaker than Carter and more of a liar than Nixon. He needs to be removed as soon as possible. He is becoming an liability.

They can, however, classify records as Top Secret thus making court cases closed, even Congressional sessions on the subject would have to be behind closed doors. This also keeps even court records from the "prying" eyes of a Press who desperately wants this to go away.
 
What do they say about the cover-up being more damning than the crime? What's next? Can Holder be impeached, or is that only for elected officials? Put the fucker in jail either way.

Enemy combatants are enemy combatants, citizen or not....

You want to declare war against the US and at the same time want protection by claiming you're a citizen of the country ?....thats what is weird.

whats weird is your supposed belief in the constitution, yet removing rights based on a label from the government, which is supposed to be constrained by that constitution. you're a contradiction in terms.

Obama is assassinating US citizens with missiles overseas and you're worried about the military holding them indefinitely when captured???

Its not the label ... its the act of "waging war against the US" that nullifies their rights....
