After watching the video I have to ask, "Where are the anti-abortionists?" What a perfect photo op!
A woman looking straight into the camera saying, "You're thinking about abortion? It's the only choice? Your boyfriend split when he heard the news? Or is he still there telling you there's no way he can support you and a child? He's laid out a scenario of having to stop your education and the resultant life of poverty you face if you bear a child?"
Then the camera pans over to the smiling woman with 15 children and the narrator says, "If we can help Angel and her 15 children we can help you.” As the commercial ends the picture slowly fades as the camera pans the house showing a well-furnished home and children’s toys on the floor.
Granted, it will all be bogus but after telling people abortion is murder that pretty much leaves everything else fair game.
And what’s with the agency appointed to help Angel? Hillsborough Kids, Inc. Incorporated? A corporation in charge of handing out finances rather than a government agency? Would that be like Welfare, Inc? Or Unemployment Insurance, Inc?
Their web site says, “Reduced the number of children in care by 47% through working with community partnerships.”
My only question is, “How many kids were sent back to live in a one room motel without proper food and clothing?”
